THE TOURNAMENT

A natural home for The Legacy Open.

For The Legacy Open, Fancourt is more than a backdrop. It is central to the event's identity. The tournament has been conceived around the idea that players and their families should feel part of something carefully hosted, not simply booked.

The intended experience is one of arrival, welcome, competition, hospitality and celebration — within a single premium destination.

The Legacy Open will be played as a two-person team event, with three competition rounds across Fancourt's championship courses and a split final-day structure that gives every team a meaningful conclusion.

Teams compete strategically across the qualifying rounds, with the leading sixteen progressing to the Championship Final on The Links. Remaining teams contest the parallel Legacy Plate Final on a championship course — preserving exclusivity at the top of the field while keeping every team competitive through to the last day.
