The Experience
The
Tournament
Experience.
The Legacy Open feels different from the moment you arrive. This is not another informal golf day. It is a refined tournament with the polish, structure and atmosphere of a championship, shared with the person you learned the game from, or the one you taught.

More Than a Golf Tournament
A true
tournament
environment.
From the first tee to the final putt, The Legacy Open is run as a true tournament, not a casual day on the course.
From the moment a team checks in, every touchpoint has been considered: arrival, registration, practice, player communication, tee times, scoring, hospitality, photography, family engagement, and the closing prize-giving.
The intention is not to manufacture importance, but to remove anything that diminishes it. A premium tournament is felt as much in what is absent — the rushed welcome, the missing detail, the casual signage — as in what is present.
The result is a week that is organised, credible and memorable, without ever losing its emotional heart: two players from the same family, competing together in a setting that asks them to bring their best.
Everything that follows, from the player journey to the championship atmosphere, the welcome for supporters and the keepsakes you take home, is built around that idea.
"It should feel like the most important round of golf you play this year — and the most personal."

Borrowed from professional golf
A Championship
Atmosphere
Professional tournaments feel important because of structure, presentation and detail.
The Legacy Open brings the details of elite tournament golf to a refined amateur setting: live leaderboards, official first-tee announcements, walking scorers with the leading teams, standard bearers for the final groups, rules officials on course, tournament photography, and a finishing area worthy of the final putt.
None of it is for show. These are the details that make tournament golf feel like it matters.

/ 04 For Families & Supporters
A shared occasion,
not a spectator event.
Because The Legacy Open is built around family, the wider guest experience is an important part of the event.
Every team arrives with a story, and usually with family in tow. Spouses, partners, children, parents and supporters are part of the occasion, not spectators on the edge of it. Viewing points on course, hospitality during play, spa and resort activities, family photography and the week's social functions turn the tournament into a shared family memory.
Most tournaments are played by two and watched by no one. At The Legacy Open, the whole family comes along.

Signature Legacy Touches
Six details that
make it personal.
The moments families remember are rarely the scores. They are the personal details, made to be kept, revisited and passed on long after the round.
